Grants to Arkansas nonprofit organizations in eligible areas for programs that benefit underserved children. Funding is intended to support child care facilities that serve dependent, emotionally disturbed, indigent, neglected children, as well as children in foster care. Eligible applicants are located in and serve the city of Little Rock.

Term of Contract:

The majority of grants from the Rose Fund are one year in duration.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

Organizations must be located in, or serve the children of, Little Rock, Arkansas.

The Fund will consider requests for general operating support only if the organization's operating budget is less than $1 million.

In general, grant requests for individuals, endowment campaigns or capital projects will not be considered.

Pre-Application Information:

The application deadline for the Marion and Miriam Rose Fund is March 1.

Please submit online applications by 11:59 p.m. on the day of the foundation’s deadline date. If the application deadline date falls on a weekend or a federally recognized holiday, the foundation does not extend the deadline, therefore applications must be submitted on the prior business day by 11:59 p.m.

Funding decisions will be made within 3-4 months.
