TO ENCOURAGE PARENTS TO READ TO THE CHILDREN AND PROMOTE BETTER READING SKILLS. PROVIDE AN EARLY LOVE OF READING AND ENHANCE THE EDUCATION AS CHILDREN PROCEED THROUGH PUBLIC SCHOOL.
